To keep your items in the best condition, we recommend turning them inside out and washing on a cold, gentle cycle.
For optimal longevity, lay the garments flat to dry, but if needed, tumble dry on low and use a cool iron. Always refer to the care tag for detailed instructions.
Delicate fabrics are prone to pilling, but drying flat helps maintain their smooth texture and keeps them looking new.
Many parents find line drying to be the best method for preserving softness, color vibrancy, and overall durability.
It's best to wash them separately with other delicate garments.

- Handling Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pack and prepare your order.
- Transit Time: Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment.
- Carrier Info: We primarily ship via USPS, but we may also use UPS or FedEx depending on the service level and destination.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your items, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns
We appreciate your business and hope you love your purchase! But if for any reason you need to return an item, we would love to accommodate you by offering a store credit that can be used online or in-store.
We offer store credit for all online returns. All items must be returned to us with the packing slip and in the original condition they were received. Returns are due to the warehouse (address below) within 15 days of the arrival date, and a store credit will be issued once processed! Credit will be issued for the price of the item and will not include any shipping and handling charges. We will email you once the online store credit has been issued.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
While we strive to provide the absolute best quality, if an item arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, please contact us at hello@bellagiftfromtheheart.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.
We will prioritize replacing the damaged item at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once you receive our instructions, the damaged item must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days.
Items Eligible for Return:
Online merchandise returned within 15 days of the shipped date
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Items must have original tags attached
Items must be stain-free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
Items must be odor-free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear)
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
ITEMS DISCOUNTED 20% OR MORE ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
Food Items
Beauty Products (i.e. brushes, sponges, make up erasers, hair towels etc.)
Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by Bella

** Bella reserves the right to deem ANY sale as “Final” even if not marked as “Final” and reserves the right to classify any item as non-returnable at its discretion. If any item does not meet these guidelines, it will not qualify as an acceptable return and no credit will be issued. The item will then be returned at the expense of the customer. All items must be returned to Bella within 15 days of the arrival date. Please include the original invoice and any notes (email or written) as to why it is being returned.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please note the requested size on the invoice. Should the requested size be available, we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable, we will issue credit to you for the amount the item was purchased. Either way, you will be notified via email.
