For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 15. Orders placed Monday through Friday ship the next business day, and weekend orders ship the following Monday. Once your package leaves our shop, delivery is in the hands of the carrier, so we can’t guarantee it will arrive by a specific date. The earlier you order, the better.
Shipping in the US is a flat $8.95 on orders under $125. Orders of $125 or more ship free. We currently ship only within the United States.
Yes. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and pick up your order at our shop at 406 E Houston Ave, Crockett, TX 75835.
Yes. We wrap gifts in a Bella bag, tie them with a bow and finish them with matching tissue.
Yes. Enter the recipient’s name and address as the shipping address at checkout, and we’ll send the gift straight to them.
Yes. Gift cards are a great choice for anyone on your list who’s hard to shop for, and they can be used online or in store.
Online purchases can be returned for store credit within 15 days of arrival. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and the invoice included. Items discounted 20% or more are final sale. To exchange an item, write the item you’d like instead on the invoice, and we’ll swap it if it’s available.
Most of our Christmas pieces are seasonal and stocked in limited quantities, so once an item sells out it may not come back this season. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available.
When your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with tracking information. If you have any trouble, contact us at hello@bellagiftsfromtheheart.com and we’ll help you find your package.
