The Consuela Sally Metro Crossbody is a cognac-brown tooled leather crossbody bag with an intricate embossed floral pattern, built to work as a crossbody, a shoulder bag, a wristlet, or a clutch. It's Consuela's roomier take on the beloved Uptown silhouette, with wallet-style organization inside so you can carry one bag instead of a purse plus a wallet.
A fold-over flap with a magnetic closure opens to two interior zipper compartments, six card slots, and a clear ID window. An exterior zipper compartment on the back holds your phone or keys for quick access. It comes with two straps: an adjustable woven crossbody strap for hands-free wear, and a detachable leather shoulder strap that also converts into a wristlet. Leave both off and carry it as a clutch.
At 10 ¾" wide, the Sally Metro fits a phone, cards, cash, keys, sunglasses, and lip balm without feeling bulky. Returns
We appreciate your business and hope you love your purchase! But if for any reason you need to return an item, we would love to accommodate you by offering a store credit that can be used online or in-store.
We offer store credit for all online returns. All items must be returned to us with the packing slip and in the original condition they were received. Returns are due to the warehouse (address below) within 15 days of the arrival date, and a store credit will be issued once processed! Credit will be issued for the price of the item and will not include any shipping and handling charges. We will email you once the online store credit has been issued.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
While we strive to provide the absolute best quality, if an item arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, please contact us at hello@bellagiftsfromtheheart.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.
We will prioritize replacing the damaged item at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once you receive our instructions, the damaged item must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days.
Items Eligible for Return:
Online merchandise returned within 15 days of the shipped date
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Items must have original tags attached
Items must be stain-free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
Items must be odor-free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear)
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
ITEMS DISCOUNTED 20% OR MORE ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
Food Items
Beauty Products (i.e. brushes, sponges, make up erasers, hair towels etc.)
Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by Bella
